  • Mo Shaikh CEO and Co-Founder at Aptos Labs
    Mo Shaikh is the co-founder and CEO of Aptos, the layer1 blockchain designed to fix the existential problems facing Web3: dependability, safety, and usability. As a first-generation Pakistani-American, Mo understands the need to share resources safely and quickly across the globe, and knows how fair, widespread access to decentralized assets can make meaningful ownership a reality for the billions of people shortchanged by traditional technological and financial infrastructure. Mo draws on expertise forged at BCG, BlackRock, and Meta to build a reliable, scalable network equipped to bring Web3 to the masses.
  • Bradley Duke Head of Europe at Bitwise
    Bradley has spent most of his career in regulated Financial Services as well as young technology companies. He worked for investment bank Jefferies at their offices in New York, Paris and London, and then at the trading powerhouse KCG in London where he headed the team at Knight Direct Europe. Bradley co-founded fin-tech and payments company Zapper, and most recently was CEO of the UK branch of the investment bank BCS Global Markets. Bradley has always had a strong interest in nascent technology and his fascination with blockchain and crypto lead him to attend the Blockchain Strategy course at the University of Oxford - Said Business School, following which he became a founding member of the London Blockchain Foundation.
  • Solomon Tesfaye Head of Capital Markets at Aptos Labs
    Solomon Tesfaye is the Head of Capital Markets at Aptos Labs, a leading institutional-grade Layer 1 blockchain. Prior to this, Solomon was the Head of Capital Markets and Business Development at tZERO, global leading liquidity platform for private securities and digital assets. Previously, he was an investment banker at Citi where he focused on M&A, IPOs and private placements within Diversified Industrial coverage, he has worked as a seed-stage venture capital investor at Kapor Capital, held various operation leadership roles, and was co-founder of a web-based platform. Solomon attended Johnson School of Management at Cornell University for his MBA, is a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow and eLab Incubator & Accelerator Fellow.
  • Bashar Lazaar Head of Grants & Ecosystem at Aptos Foundation
    After graduating from Babson College, Bashar spent his early career as a Financial Engineer in the Renewable Energy sector before transitioning to the Blockchain sector as an early member of ConsenSys. Following the emergence of Move and the efforts of the Libra team to scale Web3, Bashar shifted his attention to the Aptos network, where he currently leads Ecosystem & Grant efforts for the Aptos Foundation.
  • Alexandre Tang Head of Institutions, APAC at Aptos Labs
    Alexandre is the Head of Institutions APAC at Aptos Labs, a secure and scalable layer 1 blockchain. He leads Aptos Ascend - Financial institutions, RWAs and tokenization efforts in APAC and the Middle East. Prior to joining Aptos Labs, Alexandre led cryptocurrency topics at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), covering regulatory, banking and digital asset projects; prior to BCG, Alexandre had a background in financial M&A. Having worked in Paris, London, Beijing, Dubai, and now Hong Kong, Alexandre has a global track record and believes that blockchain technology will be a key facilitator in unlocking the potential of financial institutions, and Aptos Labs is at the forefront of this.
